I am trying to add this item to the library http://pubsonline.informs.org/doi/abs/10.1287/opre.38.6.937
However, translator returns the error that: "An error occured while saving this item. ...". With other informs articles happens the same. Translators for other web sites work.

I have already checked Troubleshooting for translators - did not help.

Maybe the reason is that I have recently moved my FF profile folder? But everything else works
