Zotero Integration Error with Word 2013

Continuing from a previous Integration Error thread, I still get a Zotero Integration Error with the Word 2013 add-in with Zotero standalone running.
However, with the Firefox plugin running, it works ok and both work ok with LibreOffice Writer.

Versions:
Windows 7 SP1
Office 15.0.4693.1002
Firefox 36.01
Zotero: 4.0.26.1
Zotero LibreOffice Integration Firefox add-on: 3.5.9
Zotero Word for WIndows Integration Firefox add-on: 3.1.19

Security software: Bitdefender Total Security 2013 - tried turning off to no avail.

    What's the exact error you're getting with Standalone open?

    this is a branch-off from the "Zotero integration error. Zotero could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate extension is installed and try again." thread

    You have Zotero Word for Windows Integration disabled in Tools->Add-ons. Open Tools->Add-ons, click the Enable button next to it, and restart Zotero, and it should work.
