Zotero could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor

Hi,

Zotero was perfectly working but now, after my computer shutdown, not at all. when I click on the insert citation button a message appear:

"Zotero n'a pas pu charger le composant nécessaire pour communiquer avec votre traitement de texte. Veuillez vous assurer que le module approprié est installé et réessayez."

"Zotero could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate extension is installed and try again."

I have restars my computer, reinstalle the plugins and zotero. The plugins are active in firefox and icones appears in word and firefox. I havn't Zone Alarm.I deseable other plugins.

my software versions are:

zotero:4.0.26.1
platform => Win32, oscpu => Windows NT 5.1, locale => fr-FR,
Firefox: 36.0
word 2010

Have you installed the Word processor extension in Firefox? https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_installation#microsoft_word

Yes, I removed it (delete zotero.dot) and reinstalled it.
When I check on preferences of zotero I can see that "the microsoft word add in is currently installed".

Yes I have installed it. but it's still not working.
I also cheked in firefox plugin and both zotero and zotero for windows integration plugin are active.

No, that would have possibly explained the error. Dan will have to look at the error report you submitted. It might also help if you could produce a Debug ID for triggering that error. https://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output

The same error happened to me too today...
I don't know whether things are related, but before I used Zotero today, I had upgraded my firefox version to no. 36. My Word version is 2007.
Would also appreciate the help of Dan (or anybody else).
