How can I hide the page numbers in citations

How can I hide the page numbers from the citations in a word document?

I've included the page numbers for my own record, my this info is not required by the published and it increases the number of words in the document by quite a bit.

Here is an example of what I would like to do:

BEFORE: "As analysed by Black (2001, p.27), this phenomenon contradicts previous findings from the literature (Green, 1990, p.2; Smith, 1993, p.3)"

AFTER: "As analysed by Black (2001), this phenomenon contradicts previous findings from the literature (Green, 1990; Smith, 1993)"

you can manually adjust this in the citation style (delete all instances of <text variable="locator"/>

Thank you adamsmith . It worked. However, I cannot have the two styles at the same time in my zotero. When I add the new style, zotero overwrites (update) the original style with the modified version. I would like to keep both , for example, 'APA' and 'APA no page'. Is it possible?
