Cannot save references in "My Library"

My error report is 460523867
My standalone zotero does not save references from databases such as
Google scholar (zotero icon appears on the bar and I click it), although a message pops up, saying it has been saved. What is the solution?
  • which browser? And does the message show the title of the work you're trying to save?
  • This problem was solved last night, and I changed the language setting (on the screen) from Japanese to Englsih. But, this morning, when I tried to search an academic journal via Google Scholar and CiNii, a book icon no longer appears in the address bar of the browser. I tried with New York TImes and Amazon, but a book icon does not appear.

    Can it be something to do with changing the language setting (from Japanese to English) by clicking 'locale match OS' to fault?

  • My browser is Google Chrome, and I have set up Zotero connector. This problem (a book/folder icon) seems to happen now and then. But, it seems fine at the moment. I also receive an error message when trying to save some webpages, such as BBC homepage and Guardian newspapers... although this is not a main problem for me. I have only started to use Zotero, and I guess I will need some time to become familiar with this system. I would just like to say thank you for your prompt replies, and it is reassuring to know that I can always get good support from your team. Thank you.
