Upgrade StorageFiles doesn't add to the library

I was using Zotero for Chrome and the standalone. But today, I downladed firefox and zotero for firefox, and since then, I can't add new files/sources to zotero. On scholar.google for examples, I can select the citation, and there's a message saying that it is saying, but it won't appear in the library, neither on the standalone, nor on the firefox version. I tried syncing manually and restart the sync history (from the documents on zotero website), but still not working!
