after upgrade firefox 35, I cannot do "retrive metadata"
please help me. thank you.

Dan will have to look at the error report ID, but in the meantime you should check if your Zotero version is up to date (4.0.25.2 -- check either about Zotero in the gears menu or about:addons in Firefox) and otherwise update. That's by far the most likely problem here.

Also, it's partially broken with Firefox versions <35, so make sure Firefox is up to date as well.

priya: You're still on Zotero 4.0.22. Upgrade to the latest version of Zotero from zotero.org.

after install zotero 4.0.25, I can retrieve successfully.
