Synching error

Hi. I have the red circle with the white exclamation mark symbol appearing to the left of my green synching arrow and nothing will sync. I get the "error connecting to server. check internet connection" message but I'm online and everything else works. When I click on "report error" I get another error message saying "invalid response from repository." Do you know how to fix this? Thank you!
