Standalone not responding

Every time I try to use Zotero Standalone it says it is not responding, I have my library synced to it and I cannot access it due to this issue. How can I fix this issue?

    Have you let it run for a while? At times, a large sync will cause this and you'd have to give it some time to process. Once that sync is through, this should not re-occur.

    Would that still occur when I don't have automatic sync? Because at the moment I have the automatic sync turned off.

    We need more details.
    How many items are there in your library ?
    How long have you let it run when it says "not responding" ?

    15mins as per the other thread. I'd try to let it run for longer and see if you can get it to become responsive, then see if minimizing the tag selector on the left helps.
