Upgrade StorageSyncing error leading to group sharing issues?
Hello, both myself and members of my group receive error messages when syncing our group library that look like this:
"The file 'C:\Users\olyandres\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\yjem4hlw.default\zotero\storage\H5JCSB9F\less.png' cannot be created."
OR
"'C:\Users\mshavit\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\o4zskseo.default\zotero\storage\2UJUXXAF\1126-03258s_0010.gif' cannot be created."
I am not sure if it's something in the settings or our office security software that's leading to this. Also, when a group member adds a PDF to the library locally, other members of the group cannot access the document (we do the sync, but it generates the error I described above). I assume the issues are related. Thanks!

I am just following up on my original post to see if somebody has experienced a similar issue or might have suggestions about resolving it. I have also submitted a Report (ReportID: 105302683).
The error occurs when I sync the library.
