Toolbox in Word missing - how to reopen it!

Hi everyone, I started word this morning and the zotero toolbox is missing. It worked fine yesterday. How can I reopen this toolbox, that I can insert Footnotes and so forth?

    For Word 2003, Check View/toolbars/ and see if Zotero Bibliographic Management is checked. If not, check it. If it is, post back.

    Other versions of Word might have this option in a different location.

    Sorry i forgot to write that I use word 2004 for mac in german. But you are right, it is under a different Location: View/symbol bars (translation)/
