Storage

I get an error message saying BRATLAB storage quota if full.

I checked the account, it shows unlimited storage was paid for, but in the account settings only My Library and Onlife show up and not the group libraries for BRATLAB and HAW.

When I go the group pages there is nothing that seems to allow me to check the storage for those particular groups.

I cannot find any simple instructions to fix this problem. Please advise.
  • Your account is not the owner of that group. Group storage counts only against the quota of the group owner.
