problem installing libreoffice plugin - java?
Hello everyone,
I'm having trouble installing the libreoffice plug-in and I've gone through all the troubleshooting available on the site. Hopefully someone can help because this is driving me MAD!
Specs:
Zotero standalone: 4.0.23
LibreOffice: 4.3.5.2
Build ID: 3a87456aaa6a95c63eea1c1b3201acedf0751bd5
Zotero LibreOffice Integration: 3.5.9.SA.4.0.28
Java: 8 update 40
I wonder if the problem is with my java. The instructions are to: Tools→Options→LibreOffice→Advanced. Ensure that “Use a Java runtime environment” is checked, and that a JRE appears in the list below. (It may take a few seconds to load.)
But there is nothing in my "list". I have "Use Java runtime ..." checked and directly underneath that it says "Java runtime Environments (JRE) already installed:" but there is noting listed under Vendor Version, Features etc.
Does anyone know how to fix this or how else I can make my zotero toolbar work in LibreOffice or OpenOffice? I desperately need this resolved quickly.
Thanks!
