Mac Word Plugin

I deleted the Zotero.dot file from the Word start up file, but when I open a new word document, I still have the Zotero plugin available? Any suggestions on what I missed. Thanks

    Did you restart Word?

    Yes, with no change. I even restarted the computer.

    Most likely you deleted the file from somewhere other than your active Word startup directory, or you manually added the file another way. Go to Tools -> Templates and Add-ins in Word and see if the file is listed, and if so at what path.

    The file is not listed there.

    And what are you seeing, exactly, that makes you say the plugin is still available?

    If you mean that you still have the script menu options, go to "About This Menu…" and "Open Folder", and then delete the Zotero scripts.

    We got it fixed! Open word document / script / open folder / word scripts Menu Items / Delete Zotero folder
