[SOLVED] Error Report 1127562020
I was trying to grab information from the University of Pennsylvania's library website but Zotero claimed that I had run into a "known translator issue". I am using Zotero Sync Preview 1.5 r3.3. None of the university libraries I am trying at the moment is able to save information to Zotero. This problem might be specific to the Sync Preview version. To avoid confusing other users, it is preferred that all feedback on the Sync Preview is reported in the Sync Preview discussion category (you can move a thread to another category via the edit button to the right of your post).
You might be able to help the developers by trying to save an item again and, when that fails, check whether Zotero logged any errors and generated an error report. If so, mention the Report ID in this thread. See the link below to find out how to do this.
