Creating Bibliography using standalone Zotero

I have created bibliography manually on Zotero stand alone. when I right click to get zotero create Bibliography it does give me option to select from and it therefore doesn't create zotero Bibliography.

What I can I do?

    You right click, select a citation style and an output method. Either you're then prompted to save a file (with the bibliography) or it's copied to your clipboard. Which part of this isn't working?

    May be both but how do I locate clipboard?

    The ability to copy and paste is common to all modern operating systems. Perhaps, this "clipboard" term is not what you use if your 1st language is not English. When you select and copy text, it goes to the clipboard so that you may paste what you copied somewhere else.
