citation language google docs

hi

I am moving a citation from the firefox plugin to a google doc by holding shift and dragging.

This works, but when there are two authors, they are separated by "and" and not by the norwegian word "og". It is easy enough to edit, but this should be sorted out sooner or later.

My zotero interface and export settings are in Norwegian, for example I have this line in about:config
extensions.zotero.export.bibliographyLocale; nb-NO

Let me know if you require any more information.
  • whether citations are localized to the bibliographyLocale depends on the citation style. Which one do you have set under Default Output Format in the Export tab of the Zotero preferences?
  • Elsevier Harvard (with titles)

What should I change it to?
  • Chicago (author-date) or American Psychological Association would both work. Pick whichever you like better. (I assume you're aware that Zotero won't automatically generate a bibliography if you insert citations this way -- you'll have to manually create it from Zotero).
  • Thank you. Yes, I realise that I need to add the bibliography at the end.

My institution has its own endnote style. is it possible to import this into zotero.

    Thanks again for the help
  • No, sorry, Endnote style import never worked particularly well even when it was officially supported and has been discontinued.
  • OK, The American Psychological Association style seems to be working fine.

Thanks for your rapid replies and have a great 2015
