storage

Hi, i have upgraded my storage to unlimited, yet i still see this message "The attached file could not be found.

It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero." when i try to open my files. How can I resolve this. Thanks
  • I have gone through that site. My problem is that I can access my folders in either of my computers, it doesn't matter where i uploaded them.
  • And in trying to sync on one of my computers i got this reply:
"You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.

See your zotero.org account settings for additional storage options.

    36-B10023.pdf (573KB"

Yet recently, I upgraded to unlimited. What is going on?
  • I assume that's a "can't access". So you're saying that if you add a PDF on one computer, sync, then you can't access the PDF anywhere, including the computer you just added the PDF on? You'll have to be more specific about your issue.

That's extremely unlikely, and if it happened it's almost certainly not something Zotero did. But it's much more likely that you're just checking on different computer from where you originally added the files. You do realize that you've used synced only 15 megabytes of files, which is essentially nothing, yet you've purchased an unlimited storage plan?
  • Are you sure you upgraded on the same account as you're syncing with? Can you verify that your sync settings (Preferences -> Sync) match your credentials for zotero.org?
  • Yeah, what aurimas said. If you're getting that message, you upgraded a different account.
  • Hi all, when I sync my files on zotero there is an error i get and after submitting it it gives me this error ID:1158773438, what could be the problem?
  • NS_ERROR_FILE_DISK_FULL
The disk containing your Zotero data directory is full (or Firefox thinks it is, at least).
