[mlz] Blank abbreviations lists

I have downloaded the abbreviations from citationstylist.org and imported one of the abbreviation sets (Commonwealth secondary materials) in Multi-Lingual Zotero. However, my list of abbreviations either remains blank or the 'Manage Abbreviation Lists' dialog box does not open. I am probably doing something basic wrong - how can I debug this? Thanks.

    "Tomorrow" took a couple of months to arrive, but here's a proper response.

    The Abbreviation Filter now ships with embedded copies of the abbreviation lists, and they can be installed to any style using a pulldown menu in the popup view. This facility has been broken for some time, but it has been fixed, and should work fine on all platforms.
