Right-click to create bibliography not completing the task
I posted this in a similar thread from yesterday but was encouraged to try other steps, as there seem to be differences between our cases.
When I right-click on a selection of titles from the centre list (Zotero on Firefox), I get the option to create bibliography. I select this option, a dialogue box comes up: the top box, where I would select a citation style, is blank white. Below are two lists: Output Mode, which has two clickable options - the first is not labelled at all, and the second (which is selected by default) says Bibliography. The second list is Output Method: I get four options - RTF, HTML, Copy to Clipboard, and Print; by default, Copy to Clipboard is selected. Finally, there are "OK" and "Cancel" buttons. OK is default selected, but clicking it or pressing enter yields no results. It flickers and comes back to the box. Clicking cancel makes the box disappear.
I did a "report errors" under the Actions tool, and this is the Report ID: 1820461884
I have performed this function before, successfully. Thanks in advance for any help.

adamsmithTry resetting your styles from the advanced tab of the Zotero preferences. That would normally fix this.
