Trouble with citation capture

I am new to Zotero so am just learning. I am having trouble downloading from both JSTOR and Library of Congress via the icon in the url line. I have however been able to do this from another data site so I know it does work. Is there a bug with the capture that I am missing?

    Sorry, should expand a little. When I hit the icon in the url line, the information box that normally says "downloading citation" appears but is blank and the information does not download.
