PNAS Book chapters
There's several errors with how book chapters are cited in the PNAS style.
Currently, the style produces:
14. Hill AVS (1991) in Molecular evolution of the major histocompatibility complex, Evolution series., eds Klein J, Klein D (Springer, Heidelberg), pp 156–183.
According to the current author instructions (http://www.pnas.org/site/authors/format.xhtml), it should be:
14. Hill AVS (1991) HLA associations with malaria in Africa: some implications for MHC evolution. Molecular Evolution of the Major Histocompatibility Complex, eds Klein J, Klein D(Springer, Heidelberg), pp 403-420.

adamsmithfixed, thanks. I've not removed that space before the publisher parentheses--that looks like a typo on their part to me. You know the update routine.
