Automatic capture of citation information from web pages not working
Hi,
Zotero will not capture citation information automatically for me anymore. I have tried on google scholar, amazon, Jstor, and academic search premier to name a few. I have the most recent version of Zotero downloaded.
When I click on the icon in the address bar to import a citation, I get a rectangular box pop up in the bottom right of the screen with maroon edges; however, the inside of the box is blank, and none of the information is imported into Zotero.
Suggestions?

m_niemannI'm having the same problem, except that it happens only intermittently. I've encountered that with JSTOR articles. I can save about two or three references then it stops. When I move my cursor over the icon in the URL bar, the correct translator shows up. But when I click on the icon a blank rectangle pops up and nothing happens.
