Can I set the File Location different from Firefox version?
I'm using "Zotero for Firefox" version. Now It is needed to have another FILE LOCATION and as I searched, apparently Zotero does not support for multiple FILE LOCATION or Profiles.
So I downloaded and Installed the Standalone ver. and set it to different FILE LOCATION. OK, Firefox ver. runs on previous FILE LOCATION and the Standalone on current one, as it is needed.
I guess that Standalone ver. uses the Firefox ver. profile. Is this true? Can this make trouble or inconsistency?

Firefox and Zotero Standalone do not share a _profile_ directory (ever), which is why settings in Firefox do not carry over to Standalone, but they can share the same Zotero data directory (if you choose to do so when prompted). If you don't share a the data directory location, you'll have two independent Zotero libraries. Besides possibly being confusing when working with Word documents, there is no negative side effect to using such setup for different libraries.
If you use this kind of setup for the _same_ library that you keep in sync by syncing with zotero.org, then you might experience more confusing behavior.
