Zotero standalone unable to sync, the syncing arrow just keeps on turning but nothing happens

Zotero standalone unable to sync, the syncing arrow just keeps on turning but nothing happens.I have restarted the zotero, restarted the computer. I even tried it on two different computer, it is just not syncing, the arrow keeps on turning and nothing is happening.

I click on the report error tab and I got this report ID: 447989187

    I am not able to connect and sync the library for my zotero. I get the following error. When I submit it, it says unable to connect to the repository.

    See https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/41159/problem-to-download-zotero-for-firefox/ That's for downloading Zotero, but same idea applies for syncing. You probably have some security software that's intercepting your secure connections. Start a new thread for further help, since your issue is unrelated to the current topic.
