Merging footnotes / endnotes

Is there a way to merge two footnotes together, without having to manually to go one of them to add the information from the other one? Thanks!

sorry, no. There's a workaround available in LibreOffice, but nothing in Word. I don't think anyone is going to make that happen in the near future, either.
