RIS option

The RIS option, which should show as the fourth item under miscellaneous, according to https://www.zotero.org/support/preferences/general, is not included in the list of options on my system.

So how do I load an RIS file?

    The picture is for zotero as firefox plugin. Are you using the zotero standalone version?

    you can just import an RIS file though via "Import" from Standalone (or the Zotero version).

    Thanks; I eventually figured that out.

    Meanwhile the absent-icon problem in WorldCat persists, although I've managed to work around it by saving items to RefWorks and exporting/importing them to Zotero.
