Error message coming while trying to retrieve metadata from PDF

C/users/compaq/Appdata/Roaming/Zotero/Zotero/Profiles/gx922ndb.../pdfinfo-Win32.exe

The parameter is incorrect.

I am a computer novice with no idea of languages. Kindly give me a one click simple solution or link

    Try deleting the pdfinfo and pdftotext files within your Zotero data directory, restarting Zotero, and reinstalling the tools from the Search pane of the Zotero preferences.

    What OS are you running? That seems like an odd file path for Windows (though it's possible that it just gets needed up in the error message)

    (I suspect that was just retyped.)

    Thanks Dan,your suggestion worked. I am able to retreive metadata from PDF. And as you suspected that whatever was retyped, probably some error in typing
