Upgrade StorageTag hierarchy
It would be nice to have some kind of tag structure, a simple hierarchy would be sufficient.
For an example see the library module in Adobe Lightroom (which keep track of photos) To my mind this is the best user interface for this kind of application right now.

The short answer is that there is little consensus about the utility of organizing tags like this. In my mind the most compelling thing to do would be allow users to bundle tags like del.icio.us
