Bibliography Wrong with APA 6ª

Hello everybody,
I'm doing a work with Zotero 4.0.23.1 and word 2011 for Mac and I'm having a problem with the bibliography generator at the moment to insert it on page in APA 6ª Ed.
The references i've used before on the text, on bibliography appears without APA 6ª format (size, style, space,...) all different.
Could you help me with this problem?

    If you place your cursor in the bibliography and click "Edit Bibliography" does anything happen (don't actually edit anything)? Have you tried removing and re-inserting the bibliography?

    With "Edit Bibliography" it opens a window for modify the dates, but here it's all correct.
    Removing and re-inserting the same applies (the bibliography inserted is out of format).
    Am I doing something wrong?

    Could you take a screenshot of the bibliography? Generally, it should follow the "Normal" style in the document (more accurately, it's formatted using the Bibliography style, which derives from Normal)

    Try switching to a different style and then back to APA. That seems to work on my end. BTW, I was able to reproduce this by deleting the "Bibliography" style from the styles list in Word.
