Failing to synchronize

Dear all
I wanted to synchronize my library but I always receive the following message

What should I do.. I look for the mentioned abstract and I never find it

    That What I already do, but I did not find it
    I copy SKI8M2PG in zotero search bar, but I find nothing

    Select "All Fields and Tags" in the search box (little arrow on the left)

    To start, though, you should update Firefox and Zotero, especially the former. I'm surprised this is working at all with Firefox 22, but even if Zotero is running on it (though the current version - 4.0.23.1 wouldn't) it's a security risk and makes it impossible to troubleshoot.

    And actually, what I said about "All Fields and Tags" shouldn't matter. Try searching for that item in the group libraries as well and empty Trash in all libraries.
