Translator not working for amazon
Have just upgraded to Firefox 33.0.3 and suddenly Amazon translator not working (google books and other sites are fine). Have gone to preferences > general > Update now. No difference. I'm using Zotero as Firefox add-on (not stand alone).

Lisamarie77Also I am running Zotero 4.0.22, thanks.

adamsmithupdate Zotero to 4.0.23.1

aurimasBut it's also possible that you're seeing one of the A/B testing layouts that Amazon constantly serves to their visitors. It's quite difficult for us to figure out how to fix these issues because when we visit the same URLs we see a different page layout. It would still help if you provided the URL of the page that's not working, but what would be most helpful is if you could copy the source (right-click page -> View Source) of the page you are looking at and post it on https://gist.github.com (do make sure that there is no sensitive information on the page. Would probably be best to do it while logged out)

adamsmithwell, but since 4.0.23 was specifically released for Firefox 33 compatibility, that seems far more likely, no? So first update, and only follow the steps as outlined by aurimas if that doesn't help.

Philippe RiotStill cannot use completely Zoter with Firefox, but it seems to work with Google Chrome... Will shift to Google Chrome theN

adamsmithif Zotero for Firefox isn't working, you're most likely using an outdated version. Which Zotero version do you have installed in Firefox? Which Firefox version?
