Upgrade Storagepdfs not syncing
Hi,
I recently set up zotero for firefox on a new computer (computer B). I had been using zotero syncing on my original computer (computer A). Unfortunately, after syncing, not all of the pdfs in collections in computer A are available on computer B.
Following https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/sync_reset_options, I have tried restoring TO the server on computer A, and restoring FROM the server on computer B. However, the problem persists. Interestingly, only some of the pdfs are missing on computer B - but I have yet to figure out a connection between them.
Do you know what might be going on? Also, both computers are running zotero 4.0.23.1
