Web Translator Error

I am unable to export citations/metadata from any websites (e.g. ScienceDirect but not limited to it) to Zotero. I have the latest Zotero Standalone and Firefox connector installed.

    do you have both versions of Zotero up to date? They should be 4.0.23 (Standalone) and 4.0.23.1 (Firefox).

    Yes they are up to date.

    How about when you close Zotero Standalone, does it work then?

    If not, try resetting your translators from the advanced tab of the Zotero preferences (either in Firefox or Standalone, doesn't matter).

    You're running Firefox 34, which is still in beta and is not yet supported by Zotero. Please downgrade to the stable release of Firefox (33)
