The link to the Harvard Library guide should be http://guides.library.harvard.edu/zotero. In addition it now fits better under the Extensive Institution Usage subcategory. Thank you for including us.

It is a wiki, which anyone registered can update (it's a separate registration from the forums though). That would be the fastest way to bring those links up to date.
