Error report 2090651614: Zotero no longer downloads journal information
Error report 2090651614
I seem to be having problems with Zotero, which Zotero itself seems to suggest is a translator error. When trying to download materials off a range of sources, including JSTOR and Taylor & Francis journals, I am given the 'Could Not Save Item' error. I'm currently using Firefox 34.0, and Zotero 4.0.23.1. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zotero, as well as updating translators, but nothing seems to work. According to the error report generated, one line that appears is "rdf.Zotero.RDF.addStatement is not a function". Could this be the source of the problem?
Appreciate any help that can be provided!

aurimasFirefox 34 is still in beta and is not yet supported by Zotero. Please downgrade to the stable Firefox release, which is at version 33.

benfarrandThat's fixed it - thanks so much, I was banging my head against the wall trying to figure out what went wrong. Never thought it was because I was on the Firefox beta channel. Thanks again!
