Font in bibliography

Why is my bibliography BOLD? I try to change the font in the Word document and cannot. Is there any way to make it Regular instead of Bold?

    that shouldn't happen and I don't really see how Zotero would do that, considering that there is no bold in AMA style at all. First thing I'd try is to delete the entire bibliography - make sure to catch a couple of lines before it. Then check that the "bold" indicator isn't selected and re-insert it. Does that work?

    I am using American Chemical Society style and also have my entire bibliography generated in bold for some reason. Deleting and recreating the bibliography does not work. Entering a new first reference does not work. Making sure the entire page is not in bold does not work. The problem is document specific in Microsoft Word. Any ideas?
