Problems importing form the cochrane library

I have problems importing from the cochrane library,I use the latest verision of zotero for firfox.
I am using the option "save to zotero" directly from the results page, the "selection item" window apears but after selecting all and accepting an error message apears and non of the references is exported.

Can anyone tell me what to do?

    since Cochrane URLs aren't stable, can you run through exactly what you're doing? What are you searching for and in what search mode? In other words, give us a way to reproduce exactly what you're doing.

    I just tested searching for "blood" in the basic search and then imported the first two items without problems.

    Also let us know which types you're searching/displaying? (on the right of the search screen). Just Cochrane Reviews? Trials? Other Reviews? etc.

    as I said, Cochrane URLs aren't stable, so you need to tell us what the actual search is. When I follow that link I just get an empty search box.

    Well, I managed to replicate the search http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/cochranelibrary/search/advanced/shared/searches/6883885935913370415 (that's a saved search strategy that should be a permalink) but I can't reproduce the error. Can you go through https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues (particularly the info from 11)?
