Cannot find zotero in word

Hi,

I tried installing the word plugin for mac/firefox and restarted firefox. But i cannot find the zotero icon in word.

you should be seeing the icons, too, but could you check whether you see Zotero in the Apple Script menu as shown here:

I used to see it there. But now all of a sudden it disappeared.
