Question: pdf files from JSTOR not being saved
I'm a new user, so I apologize if I'm asking a basic question. I haven't been able to find an answer in the forum or documentation.
I'm running 1.5 sync with FireFox 3.0.3. I'm accessing JSTOR from home through ezproxy; the link is www.jstor.org.ezproxy.library.wisc.edu. I have checked the box in preferences that tells Zotero to save associated PDFs and other files. My translators are up to date.
When I save a citation from the Article Information Page in JSTOR, I get an attachment with the stable link but I usually do not get the PDF. In fact, I've received the PDF file only once in about 20 tries, and when I tried to repeat that successful attempt, the PDF did not come with it.
Sometimes the number of attachments briefly goes to 2, but then it decreases back to 1, giving me the impression that Zotero has tried to save the PDF but failed.
I'm wondering if there's a browser setting that's keeping this from working, or perhaps a problem with the proxy. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks!

Here are some others that I've tried:
http://www.jstor.org/stable/4476443
http://www.jstor.org/stable/650133
http://www.jstor.org/stable/25006815
I just tried these last two again, and they attempted to download the PDF and failed. I even briefly saw the PDF icon for one of them in the attachments list.
Thanks,
Jeff
