AMA annotated bibliography

I did the csl for AMA annotated bibliography and I have it in my preferences, but it is still not working. I have tried to figure it out and synced and refreshed both word and zotero.

you'll need to give us some more details: What do you mean by "I did the csl"--you downloaded it from somewhere, you made it yourself?
If you downloaded it--from where?
If you made it yourself--what exactly did you do?

Then what is not working? You get an error? You don't get any annotations? (which field are you looking at?) Have you tried in a new document?

I am trying to add an AMA bibliography. It not including anything other than authors and journal title. Journal name, year, etc. is missing and I cannot get them to display in the bibliography in any style. Any help would be much appreciated. This is very frustrating.

Which style are you exactly using? You see the exact name in the preferences. Moreover, it would be useful to see one of your references in zotero and in word. Maybe, you can upload a screenshot to dropbox or imgur and share the link here. Sorry, but it is still not clear what you are doing.

Actually, unless you're the same person as kromm5, please do provide the information zuphilip asks for, but do so in a new thread, since it doesn't seem like your issue has anything to do with an annotated bibliography, which this thread is about, so let's keep these separate.
