Problem downloading

I could not download Zotero yesterday or today with Firefox browser and get message "could not load die to problems with add ons at zotero.org." Is there a present porblem at Zotero or am I not doing something correctly?

    No, it's a problem with your connection, likely badly behaved security software.

    If you go to https://www.zotero.org/ and click on the padlock to the left of the address bar, does it say "Verified by: GeoTrust, Inc." in the popup?

    I am having the same problem. I clicked on the padlock and it does say "Verified by: GeoTrust, Inc." what do I do next?
