How to edit Zotero UI's colors?

How can we edit the colors of Zotero's user interface (e.g., background, text, etc.)?

Currently, my black Firefox theme makes it hard to read the Zotero text.

    I can't help you with specifics, but if you know CSS you can change colors (and many other things) using userChrome.css. If you scope things to #zotero-pane they'll apply only to Zotero.

    (If that doesn't make sense to you, I'm afraid you're out of luck, unless someone else is willing to walk you through this.)

    And if you're referring to Zotero Standalone, note that the profile directory is in a different location from that page.
