Upgrade StorageSnapshot feature - Mac

I am wondering how I can take a snapshot of website if my Zotero symbol is gray and not highlighted for a Mac. I am using the Safari plug-in.
I appreciate any assistance! I was just receiving a helpful overview from a PC user that couldn't assist.

aurimasRight-click the page and select "Save Zotero Snapshot from Current Page"
