images not saved as part of webpage snapshot

I am having issues with certain sites with Zotero not capturing images on the webpage as part of the snapshot. Specifically, I am taking snapshots of 'wayback machine' pages from Archive.org. The images were captured in the archive, and are visible when I take the snapshot, but are not visible when I view the snapshot, either online or off. I can take a snapshot of the specific image separately. Image types with the issue are gif and jpg.
I have had this issue with other random sites as well, but hadn't kept track.

    This is really a problem with the JavaScript that IA uses to replace image URLs before the page finishes loading, which isn't very sophisticated and ends up including "zotero://attachment" in the request. And the JS is unnecessary, anyway, because all the files are already saved locally. (This same thing happens when you just use File->Save As to save a local copy, so it's a more general problem with how IA's snapshots work.)

    If you turn off JavaScript in the Firefox preferences, the page should load correctly. The best thing here may just be for Zotero to disable JavaScript for all snapshots—it's possible it causes more trouble than it's worth.

    Thanks- that explains things. I think this used to work better before I had to install a more recent Java version.
