Upgrade StorageReport ID: 2096405730
Hello. Thank you for a fine service. Zotero is awesome and got me through grad school. I use it daily & pay for extra storage.
Unfortunately, I am getting a red exclamation point error when I try to sync from Firefox. The error report is 2096405730. As far as I can tell, I'm not doing anything unusual; just saving a new article and hitting the sync icon. It is (for me, at least) reproduceable in that I get it every time.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
