Upgrade StorageDiacritic-tolerant search fields
Typing normal Latin characters into the Zotero quick search field, or indeed into an Insert Citation window of the Word plugin, doesn't also return the corresponding non-diacritics entries.
This is quite inconvenient for people who cannot easily type diacritics from their keyboards. Many other programs have searches that ignore diacritics, such that, for instance, starting to type "H-a-n" will also return an entry containing the name Hänggi.
It would be very useful to have this feature in Zotero as well.
