Error on initial sync
One of my research assistants (username brune191) is trying to set up Zotero on her machine. When she tries to do an initial sync, she receives this error:
"The file 'C:\Users\Lor\AppData\Roaming\Zotero\Zotero\Profiles\f8kf89c4.default\zotero\storage\264H8V5K\auth016.js' cannot be created.
Check that the file is not currently in use, that its permissions allow write access, and that it has a valid filename."
I've never seen anything like this before. Any ideas on how to fix it?

aurimasIf she can create a text document inside that folder (delete it afterwards), then it's probably some security software on her computer that's interfering with Zotero. Try disabling it temporarily and see if the sync completes.
