can't login no matter how many times I change my password
I don't know if this is a sync problem or a general login problem. Zotero will not let me log in to sync. I have reset my password half a dozen times in both Zotero and Chrome and nothing works. I had to set up a new account just to post this. I am having firefox problems and need to reinstall the browser but want to make sure I don't lose my zotero files on my desktop. Has anyone had the same problem where Zotero just won't let you log in? What can I do if Zotero just won't let me log in? there is no support number to call for Zotero, and I feel totally stuck.
