Upgrade StorageOh Help ! Zotero "not communicating with" Word - blame Firefox ?
Help ! Yesterday I tried to insert a footnote, out of Zotero into a Word 2013 document. Received message: that Zotero "could not load component required to communicate with your word processor; please ensure appropriate extension is installed."
What does this mean ? More importantly, WHAT DO I DO ? Only change that I am aware of since I last used Zotero successfully was a Firefox automatic update.
I am entirely dependent on Zotero (which has been a huge help) so quite flummoxed now.
Help ?
